This restaurant starts a little bit by accdent,I have allways had a passion for cooking and i was just looking for a small restaurant to manege familiarly,with my wife Valeria.
In 1992 a couple of friends left the "TUFO ALLEGRO",which was then little more than a vinery for tourists.We bought it,completely unawere of what awaited us......
From that moment,year after year,we started to grow and change the setting of the restaurant.Above all,our greatest efforts have been made in research and development of local recipes,which we make preferring,when possible,local produce and organic foods of Maremma.
Every day,such excellences allow us to give our best in offering the highest levels of service and a range of llavors and aromas typical of this corner of Tuscany.
